Programme Details

With increased internet penetration, Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is facing an exponential rise in sophisticated cyber attacks. The moment an organisation elects to store data or host applications on the public cloud, it loses its physical control over the servers hosting its information. As a result, potentially sensitive data are exposed to risks from attackers who are gaining access to confidential information like credit card details and other financial information.

B.Tech Cyber Security and Forensics Eligibility

Minimum 50% marks from Secondary till Higher Secondary XII or any other equivalent Qualification.

Course Benefits

Cloud is growing, and by 2020, nearly 75% businesses will be on Cloud. Subsequently, security concerns, security management, performance would be the top priorities and the biggest challenge faced would be the "skill-gap." Hence, professionals trained in IT security will always be in incredible demand almost everywhere in the world.

With ever-changing threat-landscape; constant research and security solution development would be the greatest need which only a professional with an in-depth knowledge of IT security can help filling in.
