Event Outline, Objective and Outcome of the event:<\/strong>
\nOutline of Program: School of Law had organized Intra-Moot Court Competition for the students of Law on 21st, 22nd and 23rd April Consisting of Preliminary, Quarter-Finals, Semi- Finals and Finale. The Intra-Moot Court Competitions were held in Classes and Moot Court Hall respectively. There were 28 Teams participating and qualifying for each round further. Our Alumni and practicing advocates were invited to judge the rounds along with the law faculties. The event was organized under the guidance of Associate Dean, Dr. Bhavana T. Kadu.<\/p>\n

Objective of Program:<\/strong> The Objective is to make students aware of the Court proceedings related to dispute between parties. This practice helps in the development of legal skills, research acumen and speaking skills.<\/p>\n

Outcome:<\/strong> In theIntra-Moot Court Competitions the students gained confidence to groom themselves for National Moot Court Competitions and field of litigation. There was a healthy competition among students and elimination of teams in further rounds helped keep the curiosity and competitiveness among themselves to find the winners, runners-up, best speaker and best memorial. The Winnersfor The Intra-Moot Court Competition, 2022 was awarded to team T33 consisting of Sehajpal Kapoor, Pavitriccha Kaur Kapoor and Shazia Qazi, Runners-up was awarded to team T14 consisting of Twinkle Sharma, Sabah Shaikh and Aditya Vasave. The Best Memorial was awarded to team T28consisting of Rahul Nair, Prasad Bhamare and Amruta Gunjal and the Best Speaker was Awarded to Aastha Sharma from team T19.<\/p>\n
