Event Detail:<\/strong> The Eminent Guest, Mrs. Meenakshi Singh conducted a three-day workshop on Fashion Styling Through Illustration at the Sandip University School of Design from 30 March 2023 to 1 April 2023. The workshop aimed to introduce students to the basics of fashion illustration and styling.<\/div>\n
Day 1:<\/strong>
\nOn the first day of the workshop, the students were introduced to the basics of the human body and its movements, along with the balance of movement. Mrs. Singh demonstrated 10 head fashion figures and casual garment draping. The students were given an opportunity to practice sketching the figures and draping the garments.
\nDay 2:<\/strong>
\nOn the second day of the workshop, the students were introduced to various categories of garments, such as pants and skirts. Mrs. Singh demonstrated the use of watercolors to create fashion illustrations of the garments. The students were given an opportunity to create their own illustrations using the techniques demonstrated by Mrs. Singh.
\nDay 3:<\/strong>
\nOn the third and final day of the workshop, the students; work was put on exhibition. Mrs. Singh provided feedback and critique on the students; work. The exhibition was open to the public, and it was a great opportunity for the students to showcase their talent and skills.
\nConclusion:<\/strong>
\nThe three-day workshop on\u00a0 Fashion Styling Through Illustration conducted by the eminent guest Mrs. Meenakshi Singh at the Sandip University School of Design was a great success. The students gained valuable knowledge and skills in the field of fashion illustration and styling. The workshop provided a great platform for the students to showcase their talent and skills.
