A Value-Added Program (VAP) titled “Interlock to Create: Unlock Creativity with Cardboard”<\/em> was organized by the School of Design at Sandip University, Nashik, on Saturday, 22nd February 2025. This event was conducted with the invaluable support of our esteemed OSD, Prof. Vivek Nikam, and under the guidance and leadership of our respected Dean, Dr. Vibha Kapoor, the dedicated Head of the Design Department, Dr. Taruna Rajpurohit, and the Head of the Beauty & Cosmetology Department, Dr. Rajashree Saoji.<\/p>\n

The VAP, led by Ms. Vaishnavi Boraste, Assistant Professor at the School of Design, provided students with an engaging and innovative hands-on experience. In this interactive session, participants delved into the world of creativity by crafting miniature models using a single material\u2014cardboard. Beyond learning the intricacies of model-making, students gained a deeper understanding of sustainability, discovering how simple materials can be transformed into functional art pieces.<\/p>\n

The event not only enhanced their technical skills but also encouraged them to think creatively and sustainably.<\/p>\n
