A Beginner\u2019s Mandala Workshop was successfully conducted on 6th March 2026 at School of Design, Sandip University, in collaboration with the Young India Nashik Chapter. The workshop introduced participants to the art of mandala design and its significance as a creative and mindful practice.<\/p>\n

The workshop highlighted how mandala can be used as a meditation and relaxation technique. Participants learned how the repetitive patterns and focused drawing process help in improving concentration, reducing stress, and promoting mindfulness. The session proved to be both creative and therapeutic, encouraging students to explore mandala art not only as a form of artistic expression but also as a powerful tool for meditation and mental well-being.
