The session, titled &#8220;Understanding Utility Patents for Design Students,&#8221; was curated to help our young creators protect their original ideas and innovations.<\/p>\n<p>We were honored to host Adv. Surbhi Toshniwal, Associate at Toshniwal and Associates and Co-founder of RiverAI. With her extensive expertise in Intellectual Property Law, Adv. Toshniwal provided a comprehensive roadmap for students to navigate the legalities of design protection.<\/p>\n<p>The session was highly interactive, empowering students to view their projects not just as art, but as valuable intellectual assets.
