AI is no longer limited to the realm of fiction and research labs. It has become prevalent in our daily lives in such things as advice systems, virtual assistants, automated customer services, health applications, and other sophisticated software applications. An agentic AI is different from an ordinary AI chatbot, which only reacts to users\u2019 requests, as it can be programmed to plan its activities, utilise digital tools, obtain information and complete certain tasks in order to achieve a specific goal.
