Faculty and Students from School of school of Computer science and applications namely Mrs. Tejal Oza (Faculty), Akash Bombade, Sangeeta Singh, Sanjeev Kumar and Pooja Patil participated and attended National Conference on “Multidisciplinary Research & Projects”, organized by Ashoka Institute of Business and Computer studies in association with Savitribai Phule, Pune University.
The objective of the conference was to provide a platform to the students and the faculty members to present research on different innovative ideas on business and technology. The keynote address given by Dr. V.B. Gaikwad, Principal of KTHM College, an ace academician and a renowned researcher, gave a deep insight on the various topics related to research and innovation in science and technology.
There were various papers on the topics like automation of signals, green computing, agile methodologies and research in the area of Software engineering. Thus for the students the conference was a deep learning experience, which will certainly help them in designing and presenting papers in the near future. Also it was a mutual networking session in the lunch hours, where students and faculty interacted with peer participants present in the event, to build and think for research on collaborative ideas that can be taken up in future.
The projects and models in the seminar also were a source of project based learning for the students, which certainly will pave way for the students to develop and design projects for any such event to occur in future. At the end the students and faculty were presented with participation certificates, and the day was fruitful investing time in research and innovation.
