Electrical Engineering is one of the major driving forces of high technology that deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism. It includes the application of the laws of physics in electricity, magnetism and light. It covers a full range of studies including power, electronics, control systems, signal processing, and telecommunications. The specialised people in this field called Electrical engineers do research, design, develop, test and oversee the development of electronic systems and also the manufacture of electrical and electronic devices and equipment.

Some such end products and processes/systems that need electrical engineers are electric motors, machinery controls, lighting and wiring in buildings, automobiles, aircraft and radar systems, navigation systems, power generation, controlling and transmission devices that are used in electric utilities and also in computers.

Sandip University offers 4 years Electrical engineering degree courses with an intake of 60 aspirants in addition to this we also provide well equipped several ultra-modern laboratories, huge libraries that serve as a high-end research tool.

At Electrical Engineering Degree College our intellectual content of the core curriculum focuses on fundamental electrical engineering knowledge: circuits, electromagnetic, semiconductor devices computer engineering and many more to meet specific educational and career needs.

B.Tech Electrical Engineering Course Eligibility :

10+2 years of study with 50% marks and compulsory subjects like Physics, Maths and Chemistry.

Scope Of B.Tech Electrical Engineering:

  • Plenty are the Electrical engineering opportunities.
  • Electrical engineers are in high demand in equipment and home appliances manufacturing industries like air-conditioning, refrigeration, microwave, television, computer etc.
  • Apart from this construction sector and companies manufacturing electrical equipment for real-estate need electrical engineers.
  • Such highly accomplished engineers are in high demand abroad. Though they may need additional and higher specialisations, but a degree in electrical engineering remains the base.

    B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) 4 Years 8 Passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry OR Biotechnology or Biology or Technical OR Vocational subjects. Obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of reserved categories Rs 70,000 /- Rs 10,000 /- Rs 80,000/-

    Note:

    • Hostel Type 01 :-Hostel Fees Rs. 70,000/- per annum (Deposit Rs 5, 000 at the time of Admission Only on Refundable basis).
      Facilities Available :- Lodging , Fooding ( Breakfast , Lunch , Snax and Dinner) , Laundry and Only OPD (medical) facility available.

    • Hostel Type 02 :- Hostel Fees Rs. 55,000/- per annum (Deposit Rs 3,000 at the time of Admission Only on Refundable basis).
