The School of Design at Sandip University, Nashik, organized an engaging Value-Added Program titled Bottle Bliss: Hand-Painted Bottle on Saturday, 8th February 2025. This insightful event was made possible with the support of our Respected OSD Prof. Vivek Nikam Sir, under the guidance and leadership of our Respected Dean Dr. Vibha Kapoor Ma’am, and our dedicated Design HoD Dr. Taruna Rajpurohit Ma’am, and Beauty & Cosmetology HoD Dr. Rajashree Saoji Ma’am.
This VAP session was conducted by Ms. Vaishnavi Boraste, Assistant Professor at the School of Design. She guided students through a creative and engaging activity where they learned to transform ordinary glass bottles into stunning works of art using various painting techniques. With thoughtful themes provided by her, students were encouraged to experiment and personalize their designs, allowing their creativity to flourish.
The session not only enabled students to explore new artistic avenues but also helped them develop a valuable skill in the process of decorative painting. By tapping into their creative potential, students were able to create unique, artistic pieces while enhancing their understanding of design principles. This hands-on experience allowed participants to gain a deeper appreciation for craftsmanship and artistic expression.
