Eligibility Criteria 2024-25


B.Tech (Biomedical Engineering)

  • The candidates must be passed in 12th PCM/PCB from a recognised Board: Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject

B.Tech (Bio Technology)

  • Must be passed in 12th PCM/PCB from a recognised Board: Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject

UG - B. Tech. (UG-Lateral Entry)

  • Passed Minimum Three years/Two years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in Any branch of Engineering and Technology.
    OR
    Passed B.Sc Degree from recognised University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
    OR
    Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector. (The Universities will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics,Physics,Engineering drawing etc, for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to achieve desired learning outcomes of the programme) Refer table 1.10 of Appendix-1

UG - B. Tech

  • Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship as per table1.3(a) Agriculture stream (for Agriculture Engineering) Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together
    OR
    Passed min. 3 years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. (The Universities will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to prepare Level playing field and desired learning outcomes of the programme).

PG M.Tech

M.Tech Civil Engineering With Specialisation in Construction Management / Environmental Engineering / Structural Engineering / Transportation Engineering & Planning

  • Passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
    OR
    Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

M.Tech Civil Engineering With Specialisation in M. Tech Valuation - (Civil) Land & Building

  • Passed in B.E / B.Tech Civil/ B.Arch or Equivalent Or 5 year’s experience as a Valuer with B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Industrial/Chemical or equivalent.

Master of Planning (Town and Country Planning)

  • Passed in B.Arch ,B.Tech / BE (Civil),Postgraduate (Geography / Sociology / Economics) and B.Planning or equivalent Degree : Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

M. Tech Electrical Vehicles

  • Passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field in domains such as Automotive, Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Electrionics and Telecommunication, Electrionics and Communication, Instrumentation, Electroinics Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

B.Sc. AI, ML & VR

  • H.Sc.(10+2) level examination in Science with Mathematics from any recognised Board / Council with minimum 45% marks for general (open) category and 40% marks for students of reserved category.

BCA

Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or its equivalent Examination with 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidate as per maharashtra state government rules) and English as one of the Subjects.
OR
Three year Diploma Course (after S.S.C.) OR Two year Diploma Courses in Pharmacy (after H.S.C.) OR Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2) Examination with 45% marks and any Vocational subject at (10+2) level.

MCA

  • Passed BCA/B.Sc (Computer Science) / B.sc IT / B.E (CSE)/ B.Tech CSE / B.E (IT) / B.Tech IT or equivalent degree. Or Passed any graduation degree (e.g: B.E / B.Tech/ B.sc / B.Com. / B.A./ B.Voc./ etc) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at graduation level , Obtaining at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination. (for students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge course will be framed by the respective university / Institution and additional bridge courses related to computer subjects as per the norms of the concerned University.)

B. Tech. Computer Science & Engineering - With Specialisation in a) Cloud Technology and Information Security, b) Cyber Security and Forensic c) Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship as per table1.3(a) Agriculture stream (for Agriculture Engineering) Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together
OR

School of Computer Sciences & Engineering (Ug-lateral Entry)

Passed Minimum Three years/Two years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in Any branch of Engineering and Technology.
OR
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognised University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
OR

M. Tech. Computer Science & Engineering - With Specialisation in a) Cloud Technology and Information Security

  • Passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
    OR
    Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

Specialisation in PG Diploma in Advanced Cloud Computing

  • Student should be passed BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science) / B.Sc IT / B.E (CSE) / B.Tech CSE / B.E (IT) / B.Tech IT or equivalent degree Or passed any graduation degree( e.g B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc/ B.Com/ B.A / B.Voc etc.) with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at graduation level, Obtaining at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category)

BBA / BBA (HONS)

  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent course in any discipline from recognised Board/ Council/ University with minimum 45% marks for general (open) category and 40% marks for reserved category

BBA (Digital Marketing)

  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent course in any discipline from recognised Board/ Council/ University with minimum 45% marks for general (open) category and 40% marks for reserved category

MBA

  • Minimum of 55% in UG Degree from any dicipline Or Students should appear in CAT / XAT / MAT Or Any state CET Or Have to score "Sandip University Joint Entrance Exam(SUJEE - MBA)"

B.Com (with Tally Certification)

  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent course in any discipline from any recognised Board / Council / University with minimum 45% marks for general (open) category and 40% marks for students of reserve class category.

D. Pharm

  • Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biology subject.

B. Pharm

  • 10 + 2 /Equivalent examination with Physics & Chemistry as a compulsory subject along with one of the subject Mathematics/Biology and obtained minimum 45% marks for general category and 40% marks for reserve class category.

M.Pharm Industrial Pharmacy / M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance

  • B.Pharm passed from Indian university from an institution approved by Pharmacy Council of India and has scored not less than 55% of the maximum marks

B.A.LLB or B.A.LLB (HONS)

  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent course in any discipline from recognised Board/ Council/ University with minimum 45% marks for general (open) category and 42% marks for OBC and 40% marks for SC/ST category

LLB (HONS)

  • Passed Bachelor Degree minimum three years duration in any discipline from recognised University with minimum 45% marks for general (open) category and 42% marks for OBC and 40% marks for SC/ST category

SCHOOL OF LAW (PG) - LL.M (CRIMINAL LAW) / (CONSTITUTIONAL & ADMINISTRATIVE LAW) / (CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL LAW)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law with from any recognised institute under BCI rules, 50% of Marks for Open and OBC, For SC and ST 45%. AND Bachelor's Degree in Law with from any recognised institute under BCI rules, 50% of Marks for Open and OBC, For SC and ST 45%. Candidate must appear in SUN PG/PG CLAT/PG SLAT.

B.Sc (Microbiology)

  • Passed 10+2 science or equivalent course from any recognised Board with minimum 45% marks for open and 40% marks for backward category students OR Three years Diploma from any recognised Board of Technical Education or its equivalent

B.Sc. (Forensic Science)

  • Passed 10+2 science or equivalent course from any recognised Board with minimum 45% marks for open and 40% marks for backward category students ORThree years Diploma from any recognized Board of Technical Education or its equivalent

B.Sc. in Chemistry

  • 10 + 2 with Chemistry as compulsory subject and 40 % & 45% aggregate percentage for reserved category and general category respectively

B.Sc. in Physics

  • 10 + 2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and 40 % & 45% aggregate percentage for reserved category and general category respectively

B.Sc. in Computational Mathematics and Data Science

  • 10 + 2 with Mathematics as compulsory subject and 40% & 45% aggregate percentage for reserved category and general category respectively

M.Sc.(Chemistry (Organic / Analytical) / Microbiology / Life Science)

  • Graduation from respective stream or equivalent course with minimum 50% marks for open and 45% marks forreserved category students

M.Sc.(Physics)

  • BSc (any branch) or BE/B.Tech with Physics and Mathematics courses with aggregate 50% for general category or & 45 % for SC / ST / OBC

M.Sc.(Mathematics)

  • B.Sc. Mathematics / General B.Sc. with Mathematics as one of the major subjects / B.E. / B.Tech with aggregate 50% for general category or & 45 % for SC / ST / OBC

M.Sc. Forensic Science

  • Graduation in Forensic Science / B.Sc. in any branch of Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biophysics, Anthropology / Medicine / B.Pharma with at least 50 % marks in Open Category and 45 % marks in reserved categories.

B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) in Interior Design & Decoration

  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent course in any discipline from a recognized Board/ Council/ University with a minimum of 50% marks for the general (open) category and 40% marks for the reserved category. OR Passed 10th Diploma in any stream from any institute.

B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) in Beauty Cosmetology

  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent course in any discipline from a recognised Board/ Council/ University with a minimum of 50% marks for the general (open) category and 40% marks for the reserved category. OR Passed 10th Diploma in Pharmacy from any institute.

B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) in Interior Design & Decoration

  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent course in any discipline from a recognised Board/ Council/ University with a minimum of 50% marks for the general (open) category and 40% marks for the reserved category. OR Passed 10th Diploma in any stream from any institute.

B.Des (Bachelor of Design) in Communication Design /B.Des (Bachelor of Design) in Product Design / B.Des (Bachelor of Design) in Space & Interior Design

  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent course in any discipline from a recognized Board/ Council/ University with a minimum of 50% marks for the general (open) category and 40% marks for the reserved category. OR Passed 10th Diploma in any stream from any institute.

B.Des (Bachelor of Design) in fashion & lifestyle Design

  • Passed (10+2) or equivalent course in any discipline from a recognized Board/ Council/ University with a minimum of 50% marks for the general (open) category and 45% marks for the reserved category. OR
    Passed 10th Diploma in any stream from any institute.

M.Sc. (Master of Science) in Beauty Cosmetology

  • Graduation from any stream or equivalent professional course in any discipline from any recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks for general and open categories and 45% marks for students from reserved categories.

M.Sc. Fashion Design

  • Graduation from any stream or equivalent professional course in any discipline from any recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks for general and open categories and 45% marks for students from reserved categories.
