School of Design organized a Session on Portfolio Development from 15th to 26th April 2025.This event was made possible with the support and guidance of our Respected OSD Prof. Vivek Nikam sir, under the visionary leadership of our respected Dean Prof. (Dr.) Vibha Kapoor Ma’am and our dedicated Design HoD Dr. Taruna Rajpurohit Ma’am, and Beauty Cosmetology HoD Dr. Rajashree Saoji Ma’am.

This session was conducted by Ms. Mekhla Agrawal, she is a visual communication designer and she specializes in branding, communication, content writing, lifestyle design and market research trends.

This Portfolio Development session was designed to equip the students with the skills and confidence to professionally present their creative work in line with current industry standards. Students began by building strong resumes and preparing for interviews, developing the ability to clearly communicate their creative identity. Through a series of structured projects, they refined their design, presentation, and self-branding skills.

By transitioning their portfolios into digital formats and publishing them on Behance — a leading platform for creative professionals — students enhanced their online presence and increased their visibility to potential employers.

This course serves as the first step into their professional careers, providing students with a polished portfolio, a confident voice, and the adaptability needed to succeed in the ever-evolving creative industry.
