The School of Design at Sandip University, Nashik, conducted a Student Development Program titled Crafting Calm: A Mental Health Workshop for Design Students. on Tuesday, 1st April , 2025. This  event was made possible with the support and guidance  of our OSD Prof. Vivek Nikam sir, and our dedicated Design HoD Dr. Taruna Rajpurohit Ma’am, and Beauty Cosmetology HoD Dr. Rajashree Saoji Ma’am.

This Student Development Program was conducted by Mr. Abhishek Pratap Singh, a highly esteemed Product, Fashion, and UX Designer. In addition to his expertise in design, he is a TEDx speaker and a two-time UN award winner, recognized for his significant contributions to the handicrafts industry.

This session explored the vital connection between mental well-being and creative success.This workshop was designed to introduce the students with practical tools and insights to prioritize their mental health and way to navigate and thrive throughout their design journey.
