The School of Design successfully conducted a workshop titled “Zero Waste Pattern Making” on 17th January 2026, conducted by Mr. Mitish Kadian, Assistant Professor, School of Design.
The workshop focused on promoting sustainable fashion practices by encouraging students to creatively utilize scrap and leftover materials. During the session, students designed and developed accessories and garments using fabric waste, demonstrating innovative approaches to zero-waste pattern making.
The workshop effectively conveyed the message that every piece of fabric holds potential and can be transformed into something meaningful and beautiful.
