The School of Design conducted an enriching Wood Joinery Workshop on October 27, 2023,Under the guidance of Respected OSD Sir and Respected Dean Ma’am. Providing students with valuable hands-on experience in the art of woodwork. This insightful workshop was expertly led by Dr. Taruna Rajpurohit , a seasoned professional in the field.

Students gathered in the workshop with a sense of enthusiasm and curiosity, ready to explore the intricate world of wood joinery. Dr.Taruna  shared her extensive knowledge and practical skills, guiding the participants through various techniques, tools, and safety measures essential in working with wood.

Under his expert guidance, students learned to create strong and aesthetically pleasing wood joints, from traditional methods to modern approaches. They had the opportunity to practice these skills and craft their own wooden creations, gaining a deeper understanding of the craftsmanship involved.
