About Environmental Engineering

M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering in India is a postgraduate degree program spanning across two years and four semesters. The program is designed to help students understand the complex issues related to the protection of the environment, and the role they can play as professional engineers in this sphere.

Sandip University’s M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering teaches students about the fundamentals of environmental engineering, and develops their skills through extensive lab work in high-tech laboratories. The course curriculum is aligned with the latest industry standards and includes a series of classroom sessions, value addition and global certification programs, workshops, seminars, project work, assignments, and guest lectures.

The goal is to help students develop their knowledge and skills in environmental engineering under the guidance of faculty members holding qualifications from IITs and NITs across India. Students are trained to understand the current and unforeseeable challenges regarding environmental engineering, and deal with the same through technological and scientific know-how.

As it is a postgraduate program, there is additional emphasis on research and industry visits to prepare students for real-world knowledge regarding environmental science. This helps students for higher scholastic pursuits in the future.
