About LLB.(Hons)


The law school offers the LLB (Hons) program to its students. The program specialises in constitutional law, family law, contract law, tort law, labor law, criminal law (IPC), civil procedure, criminal procedure, evidence law, corporate law, property transfer, intellectual property law, and more. In addition to these theoretical subjects, the moot court training activities help build students' confidence and communication skills. This allows them to confidently step into the noble profession of advocacy. These practical sessions make it easier for aspiring attorneys to prepare for any kind of hearing in Indian courts. The LL.B Hons (three-year program) is a unique combination of theoretical and clinical subjects for a results-oriented legal education

Advocate

Advocacy is one of the career options after LLB. Students who choose this path can practice in court. Please note that in order to be eligible for practice, applicants must first pass an examination administered by the All India Bar Association.

Government Services

Students can choose a lucrative career in government services for a lucrative post-LLB career. When they prepare, they are entitled to Indian legal services and various positions to provide them.

Judiciary

The lowest-level posts of magistrate, associate magistrate, or Munshif are filled by recent recruitment overseen by the Public Service Commission or the High Court. Magistrates try criminal cases, and teachers try civil cases. Through promotion, these judges became district judges and were able to move up to higher offices
