About LLM (Mediation Law)

The LLM in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Law is for ambitious students who want to go a step further after completing their bachelor's degree. This course is specially designed for those who wish to delve deeper into out-of-court settlements and conflict management. The LLM program at the School of Law, Sandip University allows enrolled students to learn about the relationship between disputing parties, legal frameworks governing consensus, and the impact structured negotiation has on various interest groups.

This course will help you better understand basic legal and social dynamics such as domestic and international arbitration, state-regulated mediation processes, community dispute resolution, and more.
