About M.Sc. (Mathematics)

The Department of Mathematics was established at the Sandip School of Science in 2016 with the aim of training individuals towards research and teaching in advanced fields of mathematics. The Faculty has well-qualified and dedicated faculty members who guide and serve the student community. Mathematics is generally applicable to multiple fields in various industries, so there are always plenty of employment opportunities for professionals with this educational background.

This undergraduate curriculum is more student-oriented and focuses on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) patterns, with the flexibility to modify and update the course curriculum according to the needs and requirements of society and industry. . The Faculty of Mathematics is considered one of the most vibrant science departments in the university. The Department of Mathematics also teaches applied and advanced mathematics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in engineering, biotechnology, life sciences, pharmacy, business administration, and computer applications.
