A geographical indication is a name or sign used on certain food products that correspond to a specific geographical location or origin. Such geographic locations includes:
- Controller General of Patents Designs and Trademarks (CGPDTM), Government of India published nation-wide ranking of institutes in which Sandip Foundation stood up in top 10 along with all IITs, IISc and few eminent universities(SITRC achieved 5th and SIEM 8th ranked in top 10 Indian applicants for patents from Institutes and Universities in India)..
