Experience in SOL – Graduating in Law Honours has introduced me to a new perspective of life. I have gained vast knowledge in the field of Law along with other opportunities which helped me develop and improve skills like communication, analytical thinking, a push to dive deeper into details in the work field and gain rich experience. The faculty helped me at every step and encouraged me to actively participate in all the moot court competitions, at local as well as National level to gain practical knowledge and to get an insight into a lawyer’s life. The school of law also arranged several field trips that included visit to the Supreme Court of India, district courts, central jail and police station visits as well. Throughout my honours, I got the opportunity to brush up several skills that a lawyer must have. Research is again another highlight in which I have improved a lot. The level of research in this field grows more deeper as we continue. Being the Alumni of the University now, I am still attached and in touch with my instructors who have always guided me in the right direction. I find great pleasure in saying that the staff/faculty has always treated my well even after passing out from the University. Currently, being a master’s student abroad, I feel happy to contribute towards the publications of the University Journal. The field of Law has a greater scope and I find it an interesting field. It is in one’s hands to make the most out of life provided you have the right people and environment around you which the university has ensured. With all the efforts and support of my teachers, I have been doing great. I thank all my instructors, teachers and specially the Dean of school of law to encourage, support and motivate me to take initiatives in different fields and to make me who I am today. I am Grateful from the bottom of my heart to have met them and have them as my instructors.
