  • Campus Identification: Always carry your university-issued identification card with you while on campus. It is a crucial means of identification and will help ensure your safety and security.
  • Emergency Contact Information: Ensure that you have the emergency contact numbers of the university authorities and local law enforcement agencies saved in your phone. In case of any emergency or suspicious activity, contact the appropriate authorities immediately.
  • Reporting Incidents: Promptly report any incidents or suspicious activities to the university's security department or designated authorities. Your vigilance can play a vital role in maintaining a secure campus environment.
  • Personal Belongings: Keep your personal belongings secure at all times. Do not leave valuable items unattended, especially in public areas. If you are residing in university accommodation, ensure that your room is locked when you are away.
  • Travel Safety: When traveling off-campus, especially during evenings or at night, consider using university-approved transportation or arrange for a trusted companion to accompany you. Stay vigilant and be aware of your surroundings.
  • Cybersecurity: Practice safe online behavior and be cautious when sharing personal information on social media platforms or other online platforms. Regularly update your passwords and avoid clicking on suspicious links or downloading files from unknown sources.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Show respect for the local customs, traditions, and laws of the host country. Familiarize yourself with the cultural norms and be mindful of your actions to ensure harmonious interactions within the university community.
  • Emergency Drills: Participate actively in emergency drills conducted by the university. Familiarize yourself with evacuation routes, assembly points, and emergency procedures to ensure your safety during unforeseen situations.

  • Residence Proof: All international students must submit their Rent agreement, Passport , VISA Copy, Form C, Form S Details with University Coordinators.
